Professional Engineer with 10+ years of experience in industrial operations, outsourcing programs, and digital transformation, my career has crossed sectors, countries, and challenges that gave me a perspective few people have.

I started on the ground — with a hard hat, KPIs in hand, and teams of 100+ people across operations and projects in diverse sectors, both industrial and services. That's where I learned that the most complex organizational problems aren't solved with technology alone. They're solved by understanding how processes, data, and people interact as a system.

That vision led me to specialize in program management, data intelligence with Power BI, and cross-cultural leadership. In Australia, I was accredited as a Professional Engineer (MIEAust) by Engineers Australia, within the Plant, Production & Mechanical Engineers group. In Japan, I was selected for the Co-Creation Challenge Team at Expo Osaka 2025, co-creating solutions under the UN SDGs.

Today I integrate that field experience with Business Intelligence, critical thinking, and the ability to walk into any team, understand what's really blocking execution, and design solutions that work because they consider both the numbers and the people.
