Professional Engineer specialized in leading transformation programs that integrate process and systems reengineering, data analytics, and change management to build adaptive and sustainable organizations.
With over a decade of international experience across Colombia, Australia, and Japan, she has contributed to complex initiatives in industrial sectors, large-scale operations, hospitality, and global events—understanding that the most complex organizational challenges are not technical, but systemic, cultural, and human.
Her approach combines engineering rigor with cultural intelligence. She does not simply design technological solutions; she leads end-to-end transformations—from strategy to adoption—ensuring each initiative delivers measurable and sustainable value.
In 2025, she was selected for the Co-Creation Challenge Team at Expo Osaka, Japan — the world’s most influential innovation expo — contributing to Society 5.0 projects aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
She holds training in AI for Business and Remote Leadership from Harvard Business School, alongside studies in Project and Program Management, and Data Analytics and Business Intelligence for strategic decision-making.

As an Industrial Engineer, she led operations and projects for multinational companies across the chemical, steel, hydroelectric, construction, and services sectors. She integrated strategic and operational roles, managing high-complexity initiatives in demanding industrial environments.
She participated in operations for companies such as Spotless, Volvo, The Star, and Hertz, while also developing entrepreneurial initiatives. Her professional trajectory was accredited by Engineers Australia as a Professional Engineer (MIEAust),recognizing her multicultural approach and experience in complex systems and continuous improvement.
Following Expo Osaka, she projects her practice toward organizational transformation guided by Business Intelligence and strategic data analytics. Her focus is on designing adaptive operational ecosystems where technology and human purpose converge to generate sustainable impact.
