In a short period, Paola has shown remarkable adaptability to The Star working environment and processes, demonstrating a proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn. Her prior experience has clearly translated into a seamless integration into the team, allowing her to perform at a high level from the outset.
I had the opportunity to meet Paola whilst in Australia, and I’m so grateful for her service. She did an amazing job — she’s super friendly, reliable and really pays attention to detail. She connected naturally with everyone involved — Her genuine care and sustainable mindset truly stood out. She went above and beyond and made the whole process really easy. Her professionalism turned collaboration into a truly meaningful experience. I wish her all the best for the future.
As a formal employer, I can honestly say that Paola is an incredibly kind professional who works hard and builds strong relationships with her team. Wherever she is in the world, she brings positive impact and that place will be brighter because of her.
